In order to maintain Breaqs as a high-quality platform, every listing is checked by a moderator for compliance with the presentation and community standards in this policy. This process is designed to ensure listings are complete and well-presented. It is important to note that this check is not a verification of the vehicle's mechanical condition, ownership, legal status, or the accuracy of the seller's description. Breaqs assumes no liability for the content of listings. Our goal is to create a platform that reflects our community's passion for great machines.

What we approve

We welcome a wide variety of vehicles, including:

• classic cars
• youngtimers
• sports cars
• enthusiast favourites
• Clean, roadworthy daily drivers
• well-maintained vans, campers, bikes and boats
• rare finds
• collectible models
• properly modified vehicles.

What we don't allow

To maintain our standards, we do not accept the following:

• Incomplete vehicles
• Stripped-down project cars
• Listings with poor or missing photos.
• Vehicles that are not roadworthy or have serious damage
• Duplicate or spam listings
• Vehicles without proper ownership documentation.

If your submission does not meet our criteria, we will explain why and how you can improve it. We're happy to guide you towards a successful listing.

Please note: We do not carry out technical inspections or verify the mechanical condition of vehicles. Listings are based entirely on the information and photos provided by the seller.
